This product should not even be allowed on the market. Do NOT buy it. They provide 3 bags for 3 attempts. All 3 times the tomato seedling died immediately after I transfered it into the bag/fake soil. Total scam. It really shouldn't be that difficult to make this product work, unfortunately their fake soil is more of a poison than a nutrient.

The kit comes with minimal instructions which are not very reader-friendly. In spite of my attempts to follow them my tomato plant has not grown very well and has not had a single flower :( I think this synthetic soil idea is good, but I think the makers of this kit should provide more explicit instructions on how to set up the bag for planting, how much water to use, when to put in fertilizer, etc. This is a cool idea, very feasable for apartment dwellers, so hopefully this product will be improved in the future.
