I am disappointed on two counts. One the cost of the "bokashi" which makes composting rather expensive as the food has to be coated with it and also that I have to dig a trench and bury the pickled compost for another two weeks. It is more expensive and more work than I expected. I feel the description on the website did not explain it clearly. I wish I had not bought it. I feel composting the old fashion way may be slower but is less expensive and easier.
