Well I got this same composter at Sam's Club for a lot cheaper first off. We took it home and it comes with all the tools you need which is nice, and you can recycle the tools and extra pieces when you're done as everything is made of the same plastic. The only problem I've had so far is one of the plastic bolts broke when I was screwing on the nut, I think I had the bin slightly crooked or something. If they put in an extra bolt like they do with the extra tab that'd be great, just in case since they're plastic. Now I have to get a metal one that could rust or petition the company for a new plastic bolt. Otherwise I'm happy :o)

So far this is easy to use, but I need to learn a lot more about how to use this particular composter. After a few months, though, I am already seeing good results.
