I would like to rate this higher as it works well according to my needs. However, if replacement parts are needed, other than spool replacement, you will go through hell trying to find them. Company must have internal problems as websites that previously stocked their parts no longer will handle them. Instead you will be sent to a different website that involves and endless loop of deadends. I like the trimmer, but for this reason I would not consider purchasing another.

This is a cool line trimmer and edger. It has a flip handle that rotates, switching if from line trimmer mode to edger..and back again! The 24v used in this product is the most I;ve ever seen in a cordless trimmer - very powerful. I run out of things to cut/edge before it loses its charge. It beats my old gas trimmer and hangs in my shed on the provided charge rack. I would recommend to all.
