As the old saying goes, a weed is only a plant you haven’t found a use for yet. Dandelions are a good example: most people don’t realize that young dandelions are edible. The fact is, you can make a wide variety of foods from these leafy green weeds, including jellies, soups, and salads. They also make for an excellent ingredient in other dishes, as in this recipe for here are some other tasty Dandelion recipes. If you’ve got to grub the silly things up anyway, why waste them? Be adventurous, and put some dandelions on the dinner table!
