Each type of fish has different dietary needs, so you should probably ask a pet shop for more information. Worms are also good for other things. They aerate the ground and help break down organic matter into forms that plants can use. These worm bins are a great way to breed worms for use throughout your yard. Severe winter weather or flooding can kill worms in the ground, so this bin offers a way to restock the ground around your house. What is the lowest operable temperature for the worms? Maybe I'd have to bring it in to the unfinished basement during the winter?
