awnings and/or window shades, attic fan a good idea.(mind fire codes). reflective paint on existing roof ?

ventilate awhile at night or early am with cool outside air and shut down fan/or convective vent after sun rise till pm warm-up ? intake air from shaded north side of building, >??, or swamp cooler ??
You might try only oscilating desktop fans as needed and casual dress to start out and find that you are comfortable without added improvements.

task lighting, if needed, with compact flourescents bulbs in articulated lamps.

laptops vs. desktops ? company discount transit passes; showers, lockers for bicycle commuters.

13,000 sq.ft. wow! good luck
